This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and loads no resources from third-party servers. Fonts, images, scripts and stylesheets are all served from nextlog-ai.com itself. Because no non-essential data is stored on or read from your device, no consent banner is required under § 25 TDDDG.

The only personal data we process is what you deliberately send us through the contact form, plus the technical server log data that any web server necessarily records.

People at Work Systems AG and Draxinger & Lentz operate this website jointly and are joint controllers for the processing described here within the meaning of Art. 26 GDPR. Full contact details for both are in the imprint and at the end of this notice.

The two companies have agreed which of them fulfils which obligation under the GDPR. You may exercise your rights against either of them; we will forward your request internally as required. The essential content of that arrangement is available from us on request.

This website is hosted on our own server infrastructure in Germany. It is not hosted by a third-party cloud provider and no content delivery network is used.

When you access a page, the web server automatically processes the requesting IP address, the date and time, the requested resource, the HTTP status code, the amount of data transferred, and the referrer and user agent your browser transmits. This is technically necessary to deliver the page and to maintain the security and stability of the server. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure, reliable operation of this website. These log entries are retained for a maximum of 14 days and are then deleted.

If you use the contact form, we process the name, company, email address and — where you choose to provide it — telephone number you enter, together with your message, in order to respond to your enquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns the conclusion or performance of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply.

Submissions are delivered by email to both joint controllers, to info@paw-systems.com and info@draxingerlentz.de. We retain enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and thereafter only where statutory retention obligations apply.

To protect the form against automated abuse we apply a rate limit per IP address. Your IP address is used for this purpose in a one-way hashed form only; the address itself is neither stored nor logged by the form service.

Email from the contact form is transmitted using Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited), which acts as a processor for us under Art. 28 GDPR. Transmission is encrypted. Microsoft processes data for European customers primarily within the EU Data Boundary; where a transfer to a third country nevertheless occurs, it is covered by the EU standard contractual clauses.

We do not use analytics or statistics tools. We do not embed social media buttons, maps, videos or scheduling widgets. We do not run advertising or retargeting. We do not create profiles, and no automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place. We do not operate a newsletter from this website.

You have the right to access your data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority for People at Work Systems AG is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht); for Draxinger & Lentz it is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
